AC update questions

That's exactly what I mean Greg - I've had 2 of the new plastic ones in mine, and they both leak; not into the car, but you can't get the valve to shut completely off, which means even when closed there's some hot coolant getting to the core - which makes my marginal a/c even more marginal. Not a problem however since I installed the small ball valve. I can reach in behind the passenger side center panel and open/close it seasonally to cut flow completely off to the core.
