emissions - moving to Washington

If they do a sniff test, the only way you'll know if it passes is to have it tested. Here in Wisconsin (certain countys only) they just put the car on the rollers and run it. They never open the hood or ask any questions. If it passes the sniff test you get plates. If they visually look for stuff, that may be an issue. FWIW my car is an 88 760 with a stock 1992 5.0 with all of the emmissions stuff hooked up.
