emissions - moving to Washington

I did not have a problem. They looked under the hood to find out what ltr the motor had. My car does not look stock. The ref at the station said as long as it passed stock smog ratings. I had to pass once and never again LOL. Right now it would still pass with out cats. :) I don't see any problem. Just tell them 2.3 ltr and you should be fine.
