heater hoses

I'm replacing my engine ('90 5.0 H.O. in a '90 745)so thought this would be a good time to replace all hoses. I tried to refer to the Converse supplied heater hoses for part numbers but can't find a match. Should I just replace them with Flexcool or similar ?(would need extra couplers for heater valve.
