Fuel mileage

Stock 82 windshield - but with pitting, and wiper 'scores', etc. at some point it needs to be replaced. I understand I may have to replace it with a late model as you probably can't get the older one any longer - that true? Also, we did not pull the windshield to paint the car -- do you know if the newer windshield's 'trim' come out to or cover the paint line from the older rubber trim?

Actually - I think the way to hit the number is either to slow down just a bit or to speed up a bit and 'draft' a bit more. But both are probably cheating. :)
