Thermostat recommendation?

I'd recommend the stock temp thermostat. I tried a 180 degree and it was just low enough to keep the engine from going into closed loop... there goes your 24 mpg! Also the temp swung up and down, at speed it was low and at idle or in heavy traffic it depended on the thermostats (set at 195) for the fans to regulate the temp.
