Rear end choice

I am looking into a new rear end due to no posi on the Volvo 3:73, and the increased power I expect to add.

First, is there a Volvo drop in posi rear that will take over 350 rwhp? Also, if I go with a Ford, what would that entail relative to mods etc...?
