carb or fuel injected

hello all. i have a question about which intake to put on my 240. i currently have a 93 306 cobra engine with fuel injection. my buddy selling it to me told me to just go with a carb because of the headache of wiring. i personally like the idea of fuel injection. anyways my question is how hard is it to wire the ford harness to fit into my volvo, and any suggestions on going either way.



P.S> also could use some tips on installation and any pics of process.thanks
