What helps pass emmissions?

1 can of G2P(Guaranteed to Pass)-Autozone has it. Set the fuelpressure to 28psi w/no vacuum and the timing to 8-9 degrees with the spout disconnected.
I have no smog equipment apart from the cats and my numbers where:
HC ppm idle 0010
CO % idle 00.05
HC ppm(2500rpm)0002
CO % (2500rpm) 00.00
Passed with flying colors!!!
