ok, I checked fuel pressure and 50 psi. I went ahead and replaced the filter. But no change in performance.

I now have the ETM off. I went in through the air cleaner side, not so bad. I have cleaned the plate area.

Can I remove the end plastic caps and inspect/clean in there before reinstalling? Or is there any serviceable parts in here?
