2001 V70 message 'Position light bulb failure'

Folks, I had a message today on my 2001 V70, "position light bulb failure". It stuck around for two starts of the engine and then went away. Does anybody know what/where this bulb location is? I could not find a bulb that was out. Could it be the indicator light source for the automatic gear shift?...I did not notice if this was out or not. Thanks, Chris in CA
