heater core??? 850 1995

smell antifreeze comming through vents, pulled carpet after running for ten mins with the heat turned all the way up and watched it.. no drips and floor board is dry.. with car still running looked under it, just some water drips. poped hood looked at all the coolant hoses that i could see from above, they all look a little warn but are still dry, coolant level hasnt droped either.. ??? wtf.. please help me like you guys always do!
