hey friend, yes i did my heater core and a coolant flush in two hours and it would have only taken 1 and 1/2 hours if i had not lost one of the torx screws under the carpet! it a fairly simple job and contrary to what the sharks have told you the dash does not have to come out... they told me the same thing and it cost around 900$.. i just did it for 145$ (cost of core and o-ring kit) on my lunch break.. here is the link i used http://www.volvospeed.com/vs_forum/index.php?showtopic=9717&hl=Jeater
