siezed sparkplug(s) tips non-turbo V70-XC70 1998

Any tips on removing very tight (seized spark plugs)?
I managed to get 4 out of 5 plugs out. Not a drop of anti seize to be seen!!
I have only has the car a couple of months so shame on the PO for this one.

The 2 plugs on either side of the breather tube were seized. Really seized. I got the one out but passenger side of the breather tube plug refuses to come out.
I am turning it 1/4 turn out, 1/4 turn in....1/2 turn out, 1/4 turn in etc. Worked on it for over an hour. PB Blasting it and talking nicely to it. Had to step up to a 1/2 drive ratchet as the 3/8 drive wasn't cutting it.
Very afraid of either snapping it off or grinding the threads out of the head.
Threads seem to be still there, for as i tighten it back in it seems to be okay. I am guessing i have corrosion on the firing end of the plug threads giving me grief.

In all my years i have never had one this tight.

Any tips?
Should i run the engine hot first (contrary to my beliefs)?
Should i use an air ratchet (also contrary to my beliefs)?
Should I try it at room temperature or at 0 degrees?
Is there any magic spray?

Also
they are NGK BKR6EKUB. recommendations are appreciated
