Found a magnet - Dash Speaker??? 850

When I was replacing the blower relay (blower did not engage at #4 setting) I found what looks like a speaker magnet. I do not have sound from the dash speakers ( I assumed I did not have any) I want to know how I can replace these speakers if they can not be fixed.

Does the dash speakers pop up and out or do I need to remove the dash?
