Dealer smoke test for evap leak: a DIY method?

Hi all, just wondering if anyone knows of a DIY method to do the smoke test that the dealer does to find evap system leaks?

I've gotten a P0455 OBD2 code (evap emissions system leak - gross leak) which has been repeating (after I clear it) about once every few days. I have searched the archive, and it appears it could be anything from a loose gas cap (not the case, I have verified as best I can at least) to a plugged eval valve or saturated charcol canister, or even a pinhole in the gas fill tube! To many to just replace and hope I hit it right...

Anyways, I know the dealer does a smoke test to find the leak. Anyone got a DIY method for it? Or, any idea what tool/part number the dealer uses to do it? I would rather blow $200 on a smoke test tool than go back to my dealer (they are a 1.5 hour drive from here).

Thanks,
Vos
