New Brake Pad Break-In Method 850

First of all, get the teflon shims for the rear brakes that www.ipdusa.com sells.
I've always seated and broken in the brakes by getting on the interstate and putting on the brakes to loose 30mph of speed. Let the brakes cool and do this again...a minimum of 10 times. Then let the brakes cool completely (3 hours?), and then go a bit more aggressively on them over for a day. Never stomp on them completely in the fist 300-400 miles or push hard on the brakes even at a complete stop. Others will chime in but these seems to "season" the brake pads and rotors quite nicely.
