Air Pump 850 1997

The vacuum line for the air pump is purple with a filter in it, it think. Been a while. The cruise control doesn't have a pump.
The pump may be full of water and can be drilled to let the water out. I just don't know where to put the 2 holes so the water drains out of the pump housing.
But if the pump is always running, then the relay needs to be replaced. You should have gotten a CEL.
Too bad you didn't keep some of the relays from the V70 :)
