Well here we are two weeks later and still no S80. They are replacing the transmission under warranty. My wife talked to the service writer Friday and they had replaced a sensor (didn't say what one) and had not been able to get the car to run right ever since. They found the new sensor cracked and replaced it again and that fixed the problem. Still no word on a completion date. We are still driving their loaner, an Enterprise Dodge Durango rental.
