Well, I agree to disagree. One of the biggest issues to me is that Volvo says stupid things like you don't have to change your tranny fluid. If this is what's called an engineering error, then so be it. Most of us know better than that. You might have gotten a bad one out of the bunch but for the average Volvo owner, FWD's withstanding, if maitenance is performed routinely, like the tranny flush, PCV replacement, and TB changes with the tensioner, roller, water pump, etc. every 2nd TB change then our cars will keep running fine. I'm not talking about the little plastic stuff that tends to break all the time. I'm talking about major components on our cars.
