Door catch (called middle hinge) failed on drivers door. 850 1995

The door check probably isn't broken. The weld on the car where the check is bolted to probably broke. Will need to take it to a shop and have the mount welded is my guess (happened to my door.) If the door check is broken, you have to take the door panel off. Haynes manual explaines this.
