horrible windshield wipers 850 1995

Hi,
Is it that they chatter because there is not enough moisture? Try rain-x, or new blades, or clean them with rubbing alcohol. I've heard of the arms getting slightly bent so that the blades are not properly perpendicular to the glass. I got the IDP wiper relay for internitent control and it works great. Good luck
