Looking at 850 wagon 850

Plenty of info here if you look a little bit:
* Check for camm belt replacement. Every 70k miles
* Check close for rear seal engine leaks. $500+ repair.
* Check if ac evaporator has not been replaced. $1000+ repair
* Check tranny fluid closely. If dark/burned. Don't buy it. '95's seem to have somewhat quirky tranny problems. Warm it you REALLY well during the test drive.
* Listen for suspension clunks.
* Check if odometer turns. Bad gear.
* Normal stuff: brake condition, even tire wear, straight braking, steady idle, any signs of accident damage, etc.
* The '95 year does not have an OBD port. Learn how to check for codes using the lights up near the front on the passenger side.
* Best to take it somewhere and have a Volve familiar mechanic put it up on a lift and check it out.
* Bottom line: You'll need more than 30 min.
