Where's the water drain plug? S40-V40

Have 58K miles on my '06 2.4i so I want to flush the coolant. I see the drain cock for the radiator, but is there a drain cock for the engine block? If so, where is it? Am thinking about replacing the original coolant w/Water Wetter & distilled water since it never freezes here. Thanks.
