Rule 308 is Mark's handle he uses on the Brickboard. He has a shop in Fountain Valley, wherever that is. Just do a search on rule 308 at the top of the page and then send him an email.

I think you should find some other shop, that dealer is not going to help you. It shouldn't have taken long to get a new expansion tank and install it.
