Do not even consider a 93, the 94-5 still had on board diagnostic boxes. 94-96 had potential auto tranny problems. They all have AC evaporator leaks, just as bad to fix as the heater blower on the 240.
97 850 or 98 S70 are very good. But, you need to see the service history.
Oh, no rust! It is all skined with galvanized steel.
