A/C Problem S70 1999

This is a classic case of worn compressor clutch. Measure the clutch gap. If it's .030" - .040", shims must be removed to close up the gap. It should be .015 for proper operation. The procedure is in the archives. Not sure if't is on Bay 13 yet but it should be.
