The oil consumption is not too bad, basically 2 quarts in 9300 miles. I would wait till it woresens, but that is your judgement call. You could ask and see what it would cost to replace the seals, but it will probably be at least $1K USD??

Are you changing oil once every 9,300 miles? Seems like a long time between changes.
