Checking my book. 5,000 for short trips etc. 10,000 for long trips only. Six month intervals at longest. I change mine every 3,000, but am a little fussy. Mine is a 98 S-70 T5 with 119,000 on it. Love the car.

Good luck. Might consider changing more often and 2 quarts in 10 K miles is good, but that is my opinion.
