Thinking about giving up 850 for a 960? Should I do it? 850

My 850 has 239,000 and I am thinking of moving up to a 960. There is one here in town with 38,000. It is a 1996. Does this sound real. Also, what is the word on the 960? The are asking about $5,900 for it.
