I'll check the connections you refer, i'll have to get the valve from its encapsulating rubber.
I ckecked the connections on some electric diagrams i have, and there is a common ground for the evap valve and for the alarm below the battery tray. Will check them both.
Remote is fine i've tryied with another one, new batteries, same behaviour.
won't contact cleaner spray harm the sensor? I have an electronics contact cleaner, will try it.
