Replacing Heated Side Mirrors 850 1997

The switch may fail, but I doubt it. The mirrors do fail.
To remove the glass, adjust the mirror to the far outside position, enough to get your fingers behind it. Then with one hand ready to catch the glasss, force the mirror straight out. The 2 wires will hold the mirror if you slip.

Then take a multimeter and check the voltage in the wires with the switch on, it should have voltage.
