Watch the red LED on the dash after turning the key to posII 5 times. If it is going to work, the light should come on. If it is a steady light, when you push the remote button, the light should blink rapidly.
If not red led, it won't work. Either the relay(s) is shot or the transceiver is shot. My dealer told me mine was a bad transceiver and forget about it. Cost was/is an option, besides the added bulk in my pocket.
