You are experiencing galvanic response. It happens when two metals of different nature are mated together. Try loosening the lugs 1 turn each with the car on the ground and then reversing 15 or so feet. This should free the rim. Before you reinstall sand the rotors hat and apply a little antiseiz or ptfe.
