As you have already read, loosen the wheel lugs a bit, drive the car 1 or two car lengths back and forth then all should be well. Before you put them back on put some anti-seiz past on. While you are at it put a little on the lug bolts to. Remember not to over tighteen the lug bolts the best is to have a torgue wrench. You should also be rotating your tires ever second oil change it will keep the tire wear even and the tires will wear evenly. Good Luck.
