Blower Motor 850 1997

Cotton picket, you are checking every switched and fused area. But your power supply to the blower is bypassing all of them, which means that the ground to the blower is getting electricity. Pulling the powerless parts won't do you any good.
Trun the radio on, it won't work because the electrical supply from the key switch is off. Same is true of the climate control. Even if you pull the fuse for the blower, it will still humm as it tries to run backwards.

Check the wires around the alternator.
