1999 radiator advice V70-XC70

You should be able to pressure test the cooling tank for the transmition without removing the radiator from the car. Just get two old oil lines with connectors on one end. Put a gauge on one and a shrader valve on the other end. Pump it up to about 50 Lbs. and see if it holds. Check for leaks in the hoses and the fittings.
That test should prove the seals.
