Are you running a stock ECU in conjunction with your MBC? And what kind of boost are you getting out of your setup? I don't know if the boost limiter program gets changed at all with the tuner chips but so far I've been able to dial up the boost to around 17-18 PSI on my Wetterauer chipped 850 turbo and things have been fine so far.
