Sad thing is the guy is right. It is all driven by money, customer satisfaction is no longer important since the bean counters feel is cheaper to get a new customer than to keep an old complaining one happy. Too bad they don't have lemon laws in Canada. With all the days the car spent in the shop in United States they would have had to eat it. They almost had to buy one of mine back because of coolant leak they couldn't find.
