Can you imagine how many doctors would go out of business if everytime you needed to return for the same complaint not properly diagnosed/repaired, it was treated as a "comeback" like in the auto. bus. (done for free)?

Talk about customer service, seems like I'd have to leave my "busy schedule" too to take my bod into THEIR shop heh ? (not fixed over the phone either).
