Cruise Control 850 1995

Before you throw away any more money, do the following:

Remove the plastic cover of the throttle body so you can see the linkage.
Find the vacuum line that runs from the cabin to the CC pump under the battery tray. Removing the battery and tray are optional.
Unplug the vacuum line from the pump. I could just barely see the connection under the battery tray.
Clean off the tip of the vacuum line, then suck on it very hard. If you get vacuum, you should be able to see the throttle cable move. Vacuum indicates that the switch is good, no vacuum is either a bad switch or a loose connection.

CC modules going bad is very rare. The switch failure is more common.
