If that much oil is splashing out, then chabge to the new gasket and vent to atmosphere. Just get a long hose and let it hang down past the tranny. A little undercoating never hurt :)

I would use the AutoRx for 1,000 miles, not 5K. Then change the oil and filter. You can verify its cleaning by looking at the cam under the oil cap, the brown, burned on stuff should be gone. Also, get the engine warm and plug the PVC back together and check the pressure at the dipstick.

Make sure the screen in your PVC has been tossed in the trash can!
