Have an alignment performed to know where your camber is.
It's rarely out of specs on an 850/S/V/C 70 unless the car has been in an accident BUT the only way that Volvo specifies to adjust it is by using a special eccentric bolt kit (ordered through parts if non-stock) that's used in place of the original upper strut to spindle bolt. The strut must be removed from the car first, the hole is then drilled out to accomodate the eccentric bolt and then the camber is simply adjusted by turning that bolt.
I've only needed to do that less than 5 times since FWD Volvos first arrived in the US in '92.
