Rear camber (easily adjusted).....yes, front camber NO, unless they've finally incorporated the eccentric bolt I mentioned in production by '98? I havent yet seen it myself but maybe I've just not needed to adjust camber yet on a '98 or newer car? The older FWDs didn't include it from the factory.
The "frequent adjustment" idea is strange in that at our dealer, we aren't seeing that at all as MOST new Volvos (in the 16 years I've worked on them) don't NEED alignments as they're setup within specs from the factory.
Other than straightening a slightly off-center steering wheel on occasion (also not common), I can't think of a time when I needed to re-align a new Volvo (for pulling/drifting or tire wear) unless it was in an accident.
