Low end power is almost non-existant 850 1995

The vacuum tree is under the black cover at the throttle body. Cover held down by 1 torx screw.

The 'premium' sensor either is not wired correctly or is the wrong type. It sould have been something like this:

The part number you listed is not the OEM part number.
