Low end power is almost non-existant 850 1995

I will check the intake gasket with the throttle body cleaner. I have done that before on the 240s. The hose from the air cleaner seems ok and I tightened everything real good yesterday. I have disconnected the heater pipe coming up from the exhaust cover and have closed off that port to the air cleaner. Did it way back. I don't think it is causing a loss of power, though.
