Low end power is almost non-existant 850 1995

Will likely buy the correct sensor from FCPGroton. I did find the vacuum line tree and checked all the lines and little elbows. I did replace one loose line but never found a cracked or broken line or elbows. I did spray out the throttle body with cleaner. I do hear a whistle when starting out under load. It sounds like a vacuum leak. Still not much low end power. ~ John
