Idle Air Control 850

It should be buzzing when the key in on. Check the intake vacuum and see if it reads around 17-19 and is steady. Maybe disconnect the battery for 15 minutes to reset the fuel table settings. It will probably idle rough the first few seconds before the fuel table readings are recalibrated.
