With regards to the trip computer, I believe you have to go to the dealer for the software to turn it on. I can't recall if there is a separate component as well, or if its just the software. You do have to have the right instrument cluster (i think all v70's had the ones with the capability, but can't recall).

As to heated seats, I'm not sure on that. Last time I had my console off I don't remember if the wires were there for the switches or not.

Fog lights have the wires in place.

I really don't know on TRACS. I'd have to think the wires would be there, just the sensors/switch missing, though I've never checked..
