With help from Rich K. and Volvospeed, I found the diagnostic codes and cleared them.

The "B1" (climate ctl) code was "411". I cleared it, started the car and tried the heater fan. Blinking AC/Recirc. lights and the "411" code was back in the computer.

Can anyone translate a "411" code off the "B1" connection?

The "B2" (cruise ctl) returned a "122", but I haven't noticed any problem with the cruise control. All other connectors were "111" or no response.
